Deleted WP cache, now I can't login.

I was trying to upgrade my cache to a newer version. For some reason I thought deleting the current cache plugin was a good idea. Now I can’t view the dashboard.
One thing, though. An earlier version of my blog that I made a few years ago is visible.
Any advice on where to go from here?

That’s not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and we can’t help with it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click this link http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

I’m currently logged into wordpress.com and can manage my pages from this site. WordPress.ORG is where I need to go?

Let put this clearly to you. There is no FTP access to any free hosted WordPress.COM blog s and we cannot install any plugins. Hence, the blog in question cannot be a free hosted WordPress.COM blog.
