  I’ve created a blog, I’m not ready to use – but it shows on google.
  How do I hide or delete it?

  Set your site’s settings to Private until you are ready to use it. That will keep it active but not visible to the public or search engines. Here’s how: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Deleting a site makes the address unavailable to anyone in the future, including you.
