Deleting a blog from the global dashboard

    Hi
    I once added a blog to my wordpress global dashboard with the domain name pixelate.co.cc. Now the domain provider has stopped the domain service and hence my site has gone offline permanently. Would you please remove http://pixelate.co.cc/ from my global dashboard. Please note that I can not access the blog dashboard of pixelate.co.cc so I can not remove it from the Tools menu.
