Deleting a blog wich is not mine anymore

  Hello,
  I was managing a blog named gulabigang.org, wordpress-managed and selfhosted.
  This blog is in my list.
  I’m not managing this blog anymore, the self-hosting contract has been stopped, and I’m not anymore the owner of the domain name.
  Someone else buyed the domain name and a hosting space, and built a wordpress blog too. I don’t know him.

  I don’t know how to delete this blog from my blog list on wordpress.com, as I’m not allowed to enter the dashboard.
  Could you help me ?
