deleting a blog/reclaiming a blog

It has disappeared and would like to delete it from My Blogs.
or is there another way to reclaim it?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, teresalakier.com/blog appears to have been a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also want to talk with your webhost’s customer support team.
