Deleting a file in Media -> Library with a link broken

  Greetings.
  In my area (http://antoniosantoscarvalho.wordpress.com/) I have a media file I want to delete, but I lost the link in Media –> Library to the file I wish to delete. Is there a way I can delete files in my personal area going directly to the directory? Or do I have to ask support to delete any file which has a broken link to Media -> Library?
  I wish to delete the PDF file “pn-101002-credito-ao-consumo.pdf” from 2008-12

  Can someone from support please do that for me? And, if possible, let me know if there is any other way so I can stop bothering people to delete files when links are broken?
