Deleting a profile

  hello
  I made a mistake in thinking that when i opted for the “.com”” at $18.00 per year that my web adress would be mybizname.com instead it found out that it is mybizname.com.wordpress.com that is not what i want.
  How do I cancel the former and creat the later name? Please help

  Hi there – I don’t see any upgrades made on your account. Which site did you buy the upgrade for?

  If you bought a custom domain you’re certain you no longer want, it’s refundable by going into your dashboard under Store > My Upgrades. Click the “Cancel & Refund” link. Heads-up that cancelling a domain means you completely give up ownership of it and you may never be able to register it again.
