  Hi I want to delete my account. Please delete my account for me or enable me to do so….. there is an error when i try to. Thanks

  I am sorry to hear you are looking to delete your account. While we can certainly help with this, do you mind sharing more about why you are looking to close the account?

  First, you will need to delete all existing purchases on your account. You can do so by selecting your Account in the upper right-hand corner and choosing Purchases on the left-hand menu. Please note that we do not recommend canceling domains unless you no longer want the domain, you can always transfer the domain or use it with another site.

  Once you have canceled all existing purchases, select Account settings in the left-hand account menu and click “Close your account permanently.”
