  I was automatically charged for this year already, I’ve cancelled and deleted everything I know how to so that I won’t get charged again next year. Is there a way to cancel everything and get a refund? Also can you check that I’ve deleted everything and ensure me that I will not be charged again?

  Your domain was set to auto renew. I’ve checked your account and can confirm the domain has now been cancelled and you won’t be charged again.

  I’ve also refunded you in full. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
