Deleting account forums do not help.

When I try to delete my domain and account it says:
Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.
I’ve searched all the questions and nothing works. Please help me shut this down as I do not use this anymore and do not wish to pay for it.

Hi there, the reason your account can’t be deleted is that you still have an active domain on it – thesketchbookpages.com doesn’t expire until August 8, 2013.
Canceling a domain means you completely give up ownership of it. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/If you don’t think you’ll ever need the domain thesketchbookpages.com again and would like to completely cancel your ownership of it, please reply to confirm and I’ll be glad to take care of it for you.
Once the domain has been cancelled you will be able to delete the site. Thanks!
