Deleting an abandoned site.

  Hi,
  My name is Ron Barrett and I am the president of the Forest Glen HOA. Apparently several years ago an attempt was made to set up a site for our subdivision on WordPress. We are in the process of setting up our own site and would like to have this one deleted so it no longer shows up in search engines. The url for that site is:
  https://forestglenatbayside.wordpress.com/
  What steps do we need to take to accomplish this?

  You’ll need to track down the person who created the site which may well be whoever set up this username and hope they kept their password details:
  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/forestglenatbayside
  Only the owner of a WordPress.com site can delete it or transfer it to another account.
