Deleting and starting over

  All I want to do is delete what I have already set up, I think there are two or three pages that I didn’t mean to have in the first place. I just want to start over and start fresh, making one and only one blog. How do I do this? You have a link to push that is called starting over, but I don’t see anything that allows me to do what I want I can’t even find a delete or deactivate option in settings. Is there something I am missing here?

  You can clear your whole site and keeping your current the blog URL by following the steps listed here http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
  Please note that once you clear all the content, blog posts and pages you can’t bring it back as the procedure is irreversible.
