Deleting blogs

Why do you make it so difficult to delete my blogs? I followed the instructions to delete two blogs that I haven’t used and I still see them in my account. I was intending to start a new blog after I cleaned things up, but because wordpress isn’t user friendly at all, I’m going to another platform.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s difficult to delete blogs simply because we get lots of requests every day from those who still don’t get it, no matter how many times and in how many different ways we phrase it – deleting an blog URL is permanent and irreversible.
To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered a blog to delete the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

I understand that the deletion is permanent, so was frustrated when I couldn’t easily figure it out. I get it now why you make it challenging. Thanks for the clarification.
