Deleting .com after upgrading to .org

  I have become self hosted today and migrated everything across to a new domain. Can I now delete my original .com site or is my newly self hosted site reliant on it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Generally, yes, you can delete your WordPress.com site if you have set up a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  However, I fear you have a larger issue at hand. Are you using the domain essentialtwenty.com for your new site?
