Deleting https://sacopeople.wordpress.com/

    My company produced this website a few years ago and now I want to shut it down as it hasn’t been used for years: https://sacopeople.wordpress.com/

    Unfortunately the people who set the account up have all now left the company and I have no idea of how to access the backend and delete it.

    Can somebody tell me how I can get the site deleted without knowing the login credentials? Is there a support function I can contact to facilitate this?

    Good Morning –

    The only way to do this is through the proper account – that’s the one owning the upgrade.

    If you aren’t able to sign in as sacoadmin then we need proof of ownership in order to grant access. Those items are listed on this form:

    Recover Your Account

    The last purchase made on that account was in March of 2018. If you can find those details they can be submitted to us through the above form.

    Hi Liz,

    Thanks for your reply. Sadly as none of the staff that set up this account are with the business I don’t have access to any of the account recovery information required.

    The only account I have access to is pindropdotsacoapartmentsdotcom.wordpress.com which is under the sacoadmin username, but the two accounts do not seem to be linked in anyway.

    Is there anything else I can do to get this removed?
