deleting my account

  I have been unable to get help with problems with my website. I’ve sent questions twice and I have no idea where to even look to see if someone replied to help. I went to delete the account and the website and it sent me here again. Like communism….it’s easy getting in, but hell getting help or out. How do I quit?
