Deleting my account

I want to delete my account and my domain. I am no longer using it. However, when I go to My Upgrades it says I have no upgrades. When I look at my settings, the email is an old, outdated email and when I put in my current email, the one you all emailed me to, it says it is already in use. So, I must have two accounts, but cannot find the one that was billed. Here is the billing information I was sent below. Thank you for your help.
