deleting my sites

I am having a lot of trouble understanding how to navigate my way around wordpress. I am unable to see what the page will properly look like and just want to start over. If I delete the sites will I be unable to keep the site name for my future page?

No, you do not want to delete your site to do that.
However, I can help you.
I will need you to confirm that you understand that this is a permanent action. Once deleted, posts/pages/media/etc cannot be recovered.

I had actually sent a message saying i had figured out how to delete site and was starting a new one. Which i did yeterday ready to launch the blog tomorrow in time for fashion week. But just seen your message which was sent at 4am saying it had now been deleted. So back to square one. Surely you could see a new one was being editied and the old deleted?
