  I wanted to close my web page and I’m confused about the username being blocked. Would that be my email that i used to create this website and it would interfere with that? Or just the domain name?

  I’m not sure what exactly are you trying to achieve. It looks like you have closed your account so you won’t be able to reply here.

  If you wish to restore your account, you have 30 days to reply to the email you received after the account closure. After that time, the account will be purged and you will not be able to register the same username ever again.
