  I turned my podcast to a word press blog by connecting it through anchor but i now what to delete my word press account. Will my podcast on anchor also be affected?

  While your content on Anchor is connected to WordPress.com (for easy sharing on a website) the audio files and podcasting service itself is hosted on Anchor. With this in mind it’s safe to close this account as long as you do not need any of the contents of your website with us.

  If you wish, You can follow the steps here to permanently close your account, which will delete all sites under that account as well as remove your personal data from our service: https://wordpress.com/me/account/close
