Deleting site permanently

  Hi,

  I want to delete whole of my site. But i take notification below;

  ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’

  I have no active premium upgrade but i cant delete. Please help me.

  You do have an upgrade: a Premium theme (Mimbo Pro) which never expires. The easiest and quickest thing you could do would be to go to “Settings” and mark the site as private. There is always the chance that you might find use for site/theme sometime in the future.

  But if you’re certain you want to delete the site and cannot delete the Premium theme first then return to this thread and type modlook in the tag box to the right. That will alert staff to assist you.
