Whilst you’re waiting for a member of staff to reply, note that if you’re talking about a WordPress.com site and the “original administrator” created the site then no one else can remove them. The owner of a site needs to transfer it to someone else:

Hi @zeeda53, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.
For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.

Generally, if you are the owner of the site, you can go to the dashboard to Users > All Users and then edit the users and set their roles to the level you wish. See the following link for a description of the user roles.
