Deleting wordpress account

  Hi – We are a local church in Los Angeles (Centinela Bible Church) and have an account centinelabible.wordpress that we have never used and have no ability to control. The person who made the domain is long gone and we are kind of stuck
  no password not really anything
  What can we do to remove this website from the internet ?

  Hi there,

  The site, https://centinelabible.wordpress.com/, belongs to the account with the username, centinelabible. Only someone logged into that account can delete the site or otherwise take its content offline.

  If the church’s credit card was used to purchase the upgrades for that site, you should be able to regain access to the site via our account recovery process:

  But that is the only way we can give you access to the account – if you don’t have any of the required verification info, we won’t be able to help with this.
