  I have followed instructions and cancelled any subscriptions but still find I cannnot delete my sire

  In order to facilitate the deletion of that site, we’ll first need to downgrade it to a free site, which may result in the loss of any content created with plugins.

  I’m sure you’re ok with that, but as this could result in data loss, we do need to ask for confirmation.
