Deletion of initial home/posting page

  I think I deleted the initial home page where blog posts would normally appear. I am now trying to create a blog page and can create a post but it is not visible anywhere on my site. Please can you help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your homepage is just the blog front – you can’t delete it!
  The blog front can display your latest posts or a static page, and you’ve opted for the latter. So you need to create a new page in Pages > Add New, title it “Posts” or “Blog” or whatever you like, add no content to it, publish, then go to Settings > Reading and set that page as your posts page.
