    Hello,

    I contacted customer service yesterday because I did not understand why I could not set up my domain name (colibrikvrac.fr) when it was active.

    A few hours after my contact, I received an email notification informing me of the deletion of my domain name colibrikvrac.fr.

    I don’t understand why it was deleted.

    I bought this domain name for 15 € on 01/31/2021. I would like to get it back.

    Hi Miss Boyer,

    It seems that there has been a short outage, and the registration did not work properly. That is why you had issues editing the domain, and it was ultimately canceled.

    We are already in touch with the registrar to solve this.

    Yes, I asked for a refund having discovered that afterwards that the purchase of a plan is now mandatory to use a domain name.
