  I want to delete my site permanently and do not want it to appear on Google search results either.

  In order to facilitate that, we’ll need to downgrade https://examhelpwebcom.wpcomstaging.com/ to a free site, which may result in the loss of any content created with plugins.

  I’m sure you want to do that, but since this could result in data loss, we do need to ask for confirmation.

  Also, please note that Google may not remove all content from its search result pages immediately, but people clicking on those results will not see any site once you’ve deleted it permanently.
