  I am creating a website for my friends business. They have a godaddy domain name and different email address. If I delete this account can I still use thesplitrealestateconsortium.com as the domain and the new email address as primary?

  That domain is both registered and hosted through GoDaddy, so you can delete your account without affecting the domain name.
