  I’ve been trying to delete my account for days. This site is a mess. Keep seeing the ‘wait 15-20 minutes or contact support’ message. Yes I have canceled all the subscriptions. No I don’t want to keep thos account or get any help.

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
