delivery slot after check out

    Hello

    I am trying to find a plugin that i can use to send customers an email, with a delivery slot offer date, they click a button in the email to accpet or reject the delivery date. which is then sent back to us. Currently we use woocomerce checkout.

    I dont want customers to chose a delivery slot at check. this needs to be sent out by us after we confirm the logistics run,

    I have screen shots of a delivery slot system that was sent to me, i can send these to you to help me identify the correct tool.
