Demands for Payment for site I thought was free

  I have just launched my site with the address johnmouldenonirishsongs.wordpress.com. It was my belief that the domain name, plan and site hosting were all free. However, I am told I have an annual fee of 540 in my shopping cart. Am I liable for this and in either possible event, what action should I take?

  Make sure that your shopping cart is empty, you may have added a plan to it at some point.
