  i am trying to download simpleblog by highend and it just keeps failing and i was told to contact support

  What exactly are you trying to download? And what site do you need help with?

  The only site I see in your account is a self-hosted site connected here via the Jetpack plugin, https://leavethetrail.com/. That site is not hosted with us, so we cannot help with it in this forum.

  If you’re trying to download a plugin or theme somewhere else to use on that site, you need to contact the people who make that plugin/theme directly for help.
