Denied access to the admin panel

Hello,
Probably since an automatic update, I can not access the admin panel of my site. The following message appears: ‘Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.’
I researched solutions to this problem and tested several. I tried changing the name of each site plugin to see if the blocking would not come from one of two and no change. I did the same thing for the theme and still no access to the panel. I also tried to put all rights on the root file of the site but still not improvement.
