  Is there any possibility to make a design for a blog like LABusinessPros.com?

  The site at LABusinessPros.com doesn’t use WordPress, so you may not be able to get an exact match for your blog. However, there are some similar themes here at WordPress.com. For example, you may want to check out our Expound theme or the Motif theme.
