Design and theme has randomly changed

Good day, the website I had built out for Snowbooking & tax services has suddenly changed completely to a totally different design. It looks like a flower shop template has been installed on the website and completely overwritten all of my previously saved designs and information.
Can you please help me understand what has happened and how to revert this for my client ASAP!!!!Site: https://snowbookkeeping.co.za/.
