Developer left with no documentation – need to access web page…..

    The person that developed our web page (paulsonprinting.wordpress.com) left and we don’t have access to the web page. Any advice on how to get in there would be greatly appreciated. I think the email address linked to the account is no longer valid, either. Kind of stuck. I’ve gone through the ‘I forgot my password’ stuff, but apparently we don’t have the right info, especially since the email doesn’t work. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    The only way we can give you access to a site in another WordPress.com account is if you’re able to verify that you own that site, and the only way to do that is via our account recovery process:

    Recover your account

    If you’re not able to provide the necessary verification, we cannot give you access to that site.
