Did I accidentally create a new account in Word Press

  I was having difficulty getting in…. at first I my email was not recognized as a userid and then finally it did send me a link. This looks like a new account. I already have an account. How do I get a real person to give me customer service?

  The coachcarollynn account you are contacting us from was created several hours ago, so it is a new account.

  What is the username or email address for the account you were already using? You can type the email address here and it will be redacted from public view but I’ll be able to see it.

  How do I get a real person to give me customer service?
