Did I have to pay for an $30.00 upgrade being with Empower Network?

  I signed up for an upgrade but just as before I clicked to pay, a window showed up and said that I already have this upgrade?? I’m with Empower Network, but I was working on the WordPress site to make my blog look a little better, when I choice the colors I wanted It wouldn’t save unless I payed the $30.00.. Can you help?
