  I received an email someone had logged onto my site with a link. I have not generated or shared any log in links.

  If you are talking about a site running on the wordpress.com platform, I advice to change your password to a strong password and to activate 2FA.
  Do the same for your e-mail account. Also avoid open wifi and public computers when you log in to your wordpress.com site.
