Did not receive an activation email for corebodybalance.com

I am a designer who is helping someone with a new blog. We set the site up yesterday around 3pm. The site is corebodybalance.com. We went to the trouble of paying the extra 18 dollars with her card during our meeting yesterday and it said that we were successful in doing so. She never got the activation email. I see that if you go to the site it is there and saying hello world…but we are unable to log in to start working on the site because wordpress is not recognizing the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it will also not recognize anything else. I am unable to get this resolved and we have a deadline. Can you help?

It looks like you made a typo when you entered the email address.
Since you have purchased a domain, I’m sending a new password to the correct email address.

I think that the nantucket site is the one you sent the reset for. now i am unable to get into either one of the accounts. it should be like this…
nantucket seara.com (email visible only to moderators and staff) [password removed from public forum]
corebodybalance.com (email visible only to moderators and staff) [password removed from public forum]Please help again. so sorry. cant believe this mess up. :-(

I reset the password for the corebodybalance WordPress.com account, which is the one that owns the domain and has the typo’d email address.
As you posted passwords for the above accounts on the public forums, I recommend changing their passwords ASAP.

I was still unable to get into either one of them though. Do we need the activation email sent again even thiugh you sent the password change?

OK, I was able to get into the Nantucket site this morning….but then I got this message

Use the password that I sent you via email to log in to the corebodybalance account.
Once logged in, you can change the password and email address on the account via Users -> Personal Settings in your Dashboard.

Also, the activation email never arrived because she made a typo in the email address, which is why I sent the new password to the correct email address.

None of these log ins are letting us in. I dont understand what is happening. Maybe we can do this over the phone so it will be easier to communicate?

It says Error: There is no user registerd with that email address
