Did not receive full refund

I cancelled my premium order no more than an hour after ordering it without using it, and I did not receive a full refund.

Due to the conversion rate from USD to CAD, there was a discrepancy of $45. I cannot get a hold of anyone at wordpress to refund me this account so I called my bank. The woman working there told me if I cannot get a hold of anyone, I will be able to file a dispute with the company.
Please help me sort out this issue. -
