Did not want to renew-what happened?

    Please help me discontinue this site and reverse the charges. This is the wrong name and I never used it. Please help. I cannot afford this especially right now.

    We send out multiple notifications before renewal to alert people who may have forgotten, but sometimes unwanted renewals still happen. When they do, we’re happy to help sort things out.

    However, in your case, it looks like you have filed a dispute with your financial institution. Once that happens, the situation is out of our hands and we can no longer process a refund. You will need to wait for the dispute process to play out at whatever speed your bank chooses to operate. You almost assuredly will receive your money back, but the timeline is completely up to your bank.

    If you are willing to cancel the dispute, we can then refund the payment on our end.
