  I came to WordPress.com to signe up for new free blog but i didn’t found that option ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I see that you already have a WordPress.com site with the free plan. If you’re looking to create a new site, you can go to https://wordpress.com/pricing and choose the Free plan to get started with that plan.
