Did wordpress update cause my site to go down?

  Hi I received an email saying that my site DivinelyTy.com was updated to WordPress 4.1.2 and now the site is not working. I also received emails from jetpack saying that my site is down. I’ve attempted to access the site several times and even reset my Name Servers and it’s still down.

  Please advise

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://divinelyty.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

  However, for what it is worth, I am not having any trouble seeing http://divinelyty.com/.

  Thank you for the response the issue has been resolved. The outage was caused by the self-hosting service I use.
