Didnt get full refund

    Hi all

    I cancelled my subscription to the service a day after purchasing, however i have only received a partial refund. Initially i paid for the premium plan and then i upgraded to the business plan. Should i still expect the full refund or have i lost my money?

    Any advice or help would be appreciated, especially considering that i can’t reach support due to not having an active account anymore

    Hi there,

    You likely received a partial refund because you made two separate purchases (the Premium plan and then the Business plan upgrade), and each one has its own refund eligibility window.

    You can see whether they are eligible for a refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    Select the purchase and click on the “Cancel” link at the bottom of the page. If the link says “Remove” rather than “Cancel”, your purchase is ineligible for a refund.

      Hi there!

      I’ve checked and can confirm that two separate refunds were processed on the same day you canceled — one for your original plan and one for the upgrade. They’ll appear as two separate credits on your statement, which may be why it looked like a partial refund. You can verify this in your Billing History.
