    I have cancel my subscription due to lower functionality supported before a week and still didn’t get my money back

    Hi there,

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    So, it has been about a week and since the refund took place on the weekend as well, it may take a few more days for the payment to post on your end. Please contact us in 72 hours if you still do not see anything on your end.
