  I see that you at one time had the WordPress.com Personal Plan on your account and added the domain alecstivers.com free under that plan.

  Some time after you added the plan you cancelled it for a full refund, which in this case also cancels you domain as it’s bundled with the plan.

  Is it your intent to use this domain with another provider other than WordPress.com? If so I recommend waiting 5 days (for processing) and then you will be able to purchase your domain from any company that sells URLs to the public.
