Didn’t receive a refund

    Hi,
    Could you please check what’s happening with my 840 swedish kroner refund? It’s 11 days now since I cancelled the purchase.
    Please, let me know when to expect money back.

    Hello,

    Refunds typically show up within 24-72 hours. But it is possible for them to take up to 7-10 days, and in rare cases, even longer.

    I’m seeing a purchase made 12/7/20 and then a refund requested/processed that same day. Often when purchases and refunds happen in quick succession, banks simply cancel out the charge as if it never happened. So you won’t see a refund because the charge will also not be reflected on your account.

    I would encourage you to check with your financial institution and see if that is the situation here.
