Our records show that your refund for this purchase was issued on June 30. It can take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your statement (possibly longer around bank holidays), so it may show up in the next few days.
If the refund doesn’t appear, you can contact PayPal (our payment processor for all purchases, including credit cards) for details about the refund. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my refund. I purchased two upgrades one for no ads and the other was the theme. I purchased both via paypal. According to my paypal account I’ve received full refund for the no ads upgrade but still never received my refund for the theme upgrade. I’m curious why I still haven’t receive my refund. When I made my refund it was still within the 30 period.

Just to confirm, we issued a $68 refund for the premium theme Anthem on June 30. Our records show that you purchased this theme with a credit card, so you should see the refund appear on your credit card statement rather than your PayPal account. (The No Ads upgrade was purchased with your PayPal account, which is why the No Ads refund appears there.)
