  Hihi I had updated my new email address as I realised that I missed out a letter o. And I decided to cancel my upgrade premium. But I didnt receive the confirmation link for the cancellation. please advise.

  Hi there, I see the WordPress Premium cancellation in your transaction history so it looks like it went through. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.

  Is your email address still incorrect? If so, I’d be glad to help you fix it from this end if you let me know the right spelling.
